Available to rent all year round, Golden Cottage is an immaculately presented, three storey detached holiday rental perfectly situated in a central but peaceful town centre location in Sidmouth, Devon. In under two minutes you can walk from your front door to the beach and all the shops, cafes and restaurants of this beautiful seaside town. Golden Cottage is the ideal Sidmouth holiday home!
Golden Cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms and all linens and towels are included in the rental fee. There is free parking for one car in the cottage's private driveway and free super-fast WiFi is also provided.
The property offers a spacious modern kitchen, perfect for self catering, with dining space for up to six people. The recently revamped living room contains two large sofas and an armchair with plenty of space for relaxing in front of the traditionally styled gas fire and 43-inch smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon, YouTube and other apps). We also provide a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs and a Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music. There is also a south-facing walled courtyard garden with outdoor seating and sun loungers.
The bedrooms have been beautifully redecorated for 2022 and we often receive comments about the high standard of furnishings including the quality and comfort of our memory foam mattresses - you will be assured of a restful night's sleep!
